"Moving into the next technological revolution" is a series of featured articles about the impact and work University of Minnesota is doing in the field of artificial intelligence. I developed and customized the pages involved in this series on the existing Drupal site to make them stand out, with a coordinated design to tie them together.
An Interview with ChatGPT
For the article "An Interview with ChatGPT", which features a conversation between the writer and ChatGPT discussing the University of Minnesota, I created a mock chat section. Each text area animates as it enters the viewport, giving the impression of a dynamic conversation.
On mobile devices, this display changes to mimic text message bubbles, while showing smaller images to allow for better readability.
Leading into the Future
"Leading into the Future" discusses the University of Minnesota's history with computing. To showcase this, I created a responsive timeline with images of different eras of computers. Each item of the timeline animates by sliding up on the middle line as the user scrolls.
